Check OUT
CHECK-OUT TIME is before 11AM. No exceptions! Please respect the check-out time to allow the cleaning team to clean the house between reservations.
Occupancy
Only the number of persons specified in the reservation are allowed on the property, day or night!
Parking
There are 3 parking spaces available. No boats, RVs, trailers or tents are allowed on the property. Park according to the designated parking spaces.
Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours (10PM - 8AM) in order to avoid neighbor complaints and police visits.
Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Firearms
Firearms of any kind are NOT allowed anywhere on the property.
Exterior Security Cameras
Tampering with the exterior security cameras leads to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Shoes OFF
No outside shoes in the house.
Furniture
Please do not move any of the furniture inside the house.
Petiquette
* READ RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR RESTRICTIONS ON DOG BREEDS!
* Wash the dog using warm water hose available at the lower level entrance. DO NOT wash the dog in the shower.
* Wipe the dog’s paws when entering the house using the dog towels supplied.
* Please DO NOT allow dogs on the beds, or any of the furniture.
* Please pick up after your dog.
